These terms apply when you request a quote, book or receive services from TechConnect LLC ("TechConnect," "we," "us"), including computer and phone repair, IT support, TV mounting, security camera installation and related services. By requesting or accepting service you agree to these terms.
Quotes and estimates. Quotes are based on the information you provide and may change once we inspect the device or job site. We will tell you about any change in price before doing additional work.
Payment. Payment is due when service is completed unless we agree otherwise in writing. Parts ordered specially for your job may require payment in advance.
Data backup. You are responsible for backing up your data before service. We take care with your devices, but we are not responsible for loss of data, software or settings during diagnosis or repair.
Your property and access. For on-site work, you confirm you have the right to authorize the work and will provide safe access to the work area. Please tell us about anything that could affect the job, such as wiring, plumbing or wall construction.
Warranty. Any warranty on our labor or on parts will be stated on your estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties apply to parts and products where available. Warranties do not cover accidental damage, misuse, liquid damage or work done by others after our service.
Unclaimed devices. Devices left with us should be picked up promptly after we notify you that service is complete.
Text messaging (SMS). If you provide your mobile number and consent, TechConnect LLC may send you text messages about appointments, service requests, estimates, invoices, reminders and customer support. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. You can also call 919-737-5442 for support. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Limitation of liability. To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
