TechConnect LLC ("TechConnect," "we," "us") provides computer repair, IT support, TV mounting, security camera installation and related services in North Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

When you request a quote, book service, call, text or chat with us, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, service address, and information about your device or the service you need. Our website may also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.

Data on your devices. During a repair we access only what is needed to complete the work. We recommend backing up your data before service.
